This arc is approximately 13 km North of Taşlıçay Suburb of Ağrı City. The nearest modern habitation to the starting point of the arc is Yukarı Toklu (Yukarı Gündeperi) Village which is approximately 2.5 - 3 km South. It was documented during the survey carried out in 2009 by O. Belli. The arc takes its water from Büyük Çay which is a combination of many water sources from Derecek locality flowing towards South. The fast flowing water of Büyük Çay is barraged by stones at approximately 500-600 m South and some of its waters are directed to the channel which is opened in soil. The arc is 1-1.5 m wide and 1 m deep on average, and mostly opened in soil. It is gathered that the arc was deeper and wider when first built. Today strong grass and flora have occupied in and around the arc. Aligor Arc was also built for the purpose of watering higher lands (similar to Leşko Arc), which cannot be watered by Büyük River. It is believed that the arc is built during the 7th Century BC similar to the other Urartian structures around [Belli 2011:208].
