| It is nearby the village of Mentese in Keles District of Bursa. It is a settlement with EBA pottery which most of them are hand made. Potsherds belong to various ware groups such as flaring bowls, rather shallow bowls with bevelled in rims, carinated pots and small flat base pots. The handle types of twisted, hollowed and cornered represent the same characteristics known from the EBA settlements in Iznik and Yenisehir territories [French 1967]. There are flint tools and a small rubbing stone axe among the finds [Dinçer 2010:11]. |
