It is situated just east of Tercan Dam, approximately 1.5-2 km northeast of Güzbulak Village in Tercan District of Erzincan Province. It has an altitude approximately of 1702 m. It was researched during the survey performed by A. Ceylan et al. in 2007. The fortress lies in north-south direction. The fortress is a rich resource for Late Chalcolithic Age, EBA, Early Iron Age and Mid Bronze Age sherds [Ceylan et al. 2009:134].
