It is situated at Liç meadow of Yalçinkaya Village, east of Patnos Plain in Agri. Its location is west of the Seribendi Brook and over the low, rocky hills 500 m west of the meadow. It was found during the survey by B. Ögün and was dated to Urartu period. A. Özfirat et al. also surveyed in 2007. It has a rectangular plan and measures 110x30 m. Although architectural remains are present inside the walls their plan can not be identified due to destruction through illicit diggings. The fortress skirts contain walls that may be related with the terraces. The grey-black ware is typical to Iron Age around Agri Mountain. Carinated and fluted bowls and basic rimmed short neck jars are the most common forms. The cemetery lies on a low hill 250 m east of the fortress. The graves consist of stone masonry and basic earth graves. Coded M68/4 [Özfirat 2009:352].
