The mound is situated on a naturally terrace shaped land in the center of Felahiye District Center in Kayseri. There is a fountain to the north, dating to Roman Period. Özdere Valley is immediately west of the mound. It was found by F. Kulakoglu et al. in 2008. A small amount of sherds were found on the surface. Iron Age and Roman Period items were also encountered [Kulakoglu et al. 2010:310]. |
