It is situated in Bünyan District of Kayseri. It is 10 km southeast of Bünyan 2 km from Burhaniye Village. Its distance from Kültepe is 14 km, to the northeast. It is on Kayseri - Sivas road. The map refers to it as Dolma Tepe. Sarimsakli Brook and Dam are to the southwest. It was found by F. Kulakoglu et al. in 2008. The mound has a diameter of 150 m, and a height of 12 m. Collected sherds belong to Chalcolithic, EBA, Assyrian Trade Colonies and Iron Age [Kulakoglu et al. 2010:309]. |
