It is situated in Asik Hüseyin hamlet of Asagikatirli Village whcih is 28 km south of Tuzluca District in Igdir. It is located on the second hill east of Asik Hüseyin Fortress I. The fortresses are connected via a low land in between. It was surveyed by A. Bingöl et al in 2008. Unlike Asik Hüseyin Fortress I, it was placed on a rectangular plan instead of the bedrock structure. The internal structures of the fortress built in cyclopean technique, can be observed. The fortress contains a cemetery area and a water pond in the south, an EBA grave unearthed through illicit diggings in the west, and a cemetry consisting of a gate and a main room on the east skirts, similar to the ones in Erzincan - Altintepe [Bingöl et al. 2010:387-388].
