It was built on a natural hill in Elvanpasa Village in Sincanli District of Afyonkarahisar. The settlement is in the beginning of the mountain road from Elvanpasa to Hocalar and at the same time on a ridge overlooking Güney-Usak road. The settlement is 1 km south of this road. Asar overlooks Sincanli Plain. It was surveyed by Ö. Koçak in 2008. The mound lies in east-west direction. Its length in this direction is 80 m, and it is 40 m in north-south direction. It is 14 m high. The mound contains EBA finds. Coded 308.07 [Koçak 2010:293]. |
