| It is located within the borders of the Dogan Tepe Subdistrict, 7 km northwest of the Amasya-Çorum motorway, approximately 25 km west of Amasya. It measures ca. 40 m in height, measuring 300x200 m in dimensions. The northern sections of Dogan Tepe, which have been heavily destroyed, yielded samples from the Early Bronze Age II-III, Middle Bronze Age, Middle Iron Age, Late Iron Age and Hellenistic Period. |
