It consists of 31 Urartian inscriptions found in the Dizginkale Village, 36 km north of the Patnos District in Agri. They are inscribed on bronze or stone materials such as horse equipment with serpentine head, bottom of nail, fragment of a cart, quiver, helmet, sword, bell and bronze object. The inscriptions have now been preserved at several places including a collection in Japan, a museum in Israel, Museum of Van, Museum of Gaziantep, a collection in Tehran, Les Ares Ebnather and Munich.
