| It is located in the Degirmendüzü Village on the Patnos-Ercis motorway, 11 km southeast of the district center of Patnos in Agri. The inscription was carved onto the base of a square-shaped stele. It reads; "Menua declares that anyone who erases this inscription, anyone who destroys it, anyone who acts as accomplice...". |
