It is located at an altitude of 1834 m, east of the Carci Fortress in the Carci Village of the Arpaçay District of Kars. It is a settlement with structures in oval plans, built on the immediate eastern banks of the Carci Stream. They resemble the structures observed at Çildir Akçakale, which are called Tas Dam. Another view suggests that they bear characteristics of a dolmen or a kurgan, and they are from the Iron Age. |
