It lies to the immediate west of the Eskisehir-Afyonkarahisar motorway, 730 m northwest of the Asagi Kepen Village, 9 km southwest of Sivrihisar. It measures 300 m in diameter, and 17 m in height. It was discovered in 1994 by T. Efe, and visited in 2005 by T. Tüfekçi-Sivas. It has been heavily destroyed. A water depot was built on its summit, and an artificial waterfall on the northeastern slope. It was also entirely forested with concrete seating banks at certain places poured after terracing. To the north lies a higher section, probably a tumulus. Plenty of sherds dating to the EBA, 2nd Millennium BC, Phrygian and Classical Ages were collected from the construction pits and slopes.
