It is located at Çiçeklikonak Kayaliklari Mevkii, 2.6 km north of the Bayramaliler Village. The rocks husing the monument is reached approximately 500 m after diverting to the dirt road on the left at the 2.5 km of the Bayramaliler-Saricaova road. It was discovered in 1884 by W.M. Ramsay. C.H.E. Haspels named it after the Burmeç Fountain as it is close to this fountain on the road to Döger. Locally it is called Muskali (Amulet) Kaya because of its shape. Facing the east, it measures 1.6 m in height, and 5 m in width, with a height of 5.2 m above the ground level. The tuff mass on which the monument was carved is approximately 15 m high. The façade is unfinished. It was abandoned after completion of the gable roof. Such unfinished monuments are important in providing information about the construction technique of façades. According to previous researchers, there were two mutual sphynx reliefs on the fronton. No trace of reliefs, which were also barely distinguished during that period, is available at present. Furthermore, the mid-section of the fronton was dynamited by the treasure hunters.
