It is located in the Kiraçali Village of the Adilcevaz District in Bitlis. It can be reached at the 30th km of the Adilcevaz-Ercis motorway through a road leading from the Göldüzü Mevkii to the east. The fortress rests on a hill called Ziyarettepe. A 16 x 12 m chamber with a rectangular plan bearing the characteristics of the Urartian architecture and some structures with uncertain plans adjacent to it are observed on the fortress. Ceramic finds are from the Iron Age.
