It is located 1853 m high above the sea level about 12 km east of the Güngör Fortress, 500-700 m southwest of the Tutumlu Village and 5 km southwest of the Suluçem Subdistrict of the Dogubayazit District in Agri. The fortress was founded on a rocky hill called Mustafa Agili. Although the eastern section of the fortifications which were erected with large andesite stones is very prominent, the western wall has collapsed. Evidence of monumental rocks are observed on the slope of the eastern fortification wall. Also evidence of two rocks are seen in the fortress. It is an economy-oriented structure which served to store agricultural products, and it is dated to the 7th century BC.
