It consists of 14 inscriptions unearthed 2 km outside the district center of Patnos in Agri. They were inscribed on horse forehead ornaments, blinkers, bronze objects, bronze cylinders, bronze vessels and rings. They are from the period of Sarduri. Some of the inscriptions are preserved in the museums at Israel and Adana.
