It is located in the Mus Plain, 30 km east of the city center of Mus, and it is inscribed on three parts of a single block of stele. Part B reads: É 400 citiesÉ killedÉ burnt É fortresses É the city of Qulmeri É I built a fortressÉ overpowered É replaced É country É spared his life." Part C right side: É ripped offÉ" Part B: "If anyone destroys this inscription, if anyone commits a crime (against it), if anyone encourages someone else to do so, if anyone changes it to say "I did it", then may God haldi, God Teisheba," Part C: "God Shivini and (all) the gods .... him from before the sun.". Fragments of stelae were found during the survey conducted by H. Biber and his team in the southeast of Alazli Village, 6.2 km southeast of Korkut District in Mus Province. The first stele fragment was found in the garden of Alazli Mosque and examined. This fragment is the upper part of the rectangular formed stele made out of basalt, the upper end of which is in the shape of an arch. It measures 0.71x0.32x0.67 m. There is an Urartian cuneiform with 11 lines on its front façade. The back face has been severely damaged. Only 12 lines are visible. The team of Armenian studies led by Samvel Karapetyan documented the stele, and then it was studied and published by Salvini. A basalt column base was found in the garden of the mosque as well, but no inscription or drawing was determined on it. The second stele fragment was found in the garden belonging to Fesih Yildiz, 40-50 m east of the mosque. It is probably belongs to the first stele. It measures 0.73x0.32x1.16 m. There is an Urartian cuneiform with 28 lines on its front face, and there is a groove with a diameter of 22 cm and a depth of 25 cm, which was used as a mortar in the later period, on the center of its back face. This fragment could be the one of the pieces mentioned by Lehmann-Haupt and found by Mrs. Majewksi. There is a stele fragment, which was used as a building material in the east corner of the garden wall in the south façade of Mehmet Yildiz's house, in the north of Fesih Yildiz's house. It measures about 0.38x0.47 m. There is an Uratian cuneiform with 11 lines on its front face. Since the back face remains inside the wall, it couldn't be seen. The fragment, which probably belongs to the right side of this stele, stands independently in the north corner of the east wall of the same house. It measures 0.28x0.62x0.36 m. There is an Urartian cuneiform with 15 lines on its front face. In addition to these fragments, there is also another stele fragment, which is known to belong to Tirmet Stele, in the garden of Mehmet Yildiz's house, in Yildizlar hamlet, 7 km south of Karakale Village of Korkut District in Mus Province. This fragment measures 0.61x0.36 x0.71 m. There are Urartian cuneiforms with 11 lines on its both sides, and there is a groove with a diameter of 22 cm and a depth of 21 cm, which was used as a mortar in the later period, on the center [Biber 2016:351-2].
