It stands on the northern end of a natural rocky elevation called Aktepe at the border of the Seki and Güres Villages, 3 km south of the Seki Village. The fortress is accessible by an exhausting climb from a land covered with junipers and oaks from the south. Large block stones rolled over the slopes and traces of a wall indicate the presence of a structure guarding the entrance of the fortress. The northern, western and eastern sections of the settlement terminate with a very steep abyss. A sturdy fortification erected in accordance with the topography of the land encloses the settlement in those sections. The main wall is ca. 3-4 m wide, the frontal and rear surfaces being erected with large blocks of 2.1x1.65 m in average, and the interstice being filled with rubbles. Two-three rows of stones have been preserved in the wall, which was seated on foundation holes opened into the bedrock at some spots. To the west lies another fortification within the citadel. A 120 m long part of the wall in the north-south direction can be easily traced on the surface. Similar to the outer wall, this wall was also erected with very large rectangular blocks of stones, seated on the foundation holes opened into the bedrock. Abundant number of sherds belonging to the Phrygian grey ware were collected from the surface as well as terracotta roof tiles and broken fragments belonging to relief-decorated terracotta plaques.
