It is located at Akkaya Mevkii on the right side of the Okçu-Imik motorway, 2 km south of the Imik Village. It was discovered and delineated in 2001 by T. Tüfekçi-Sivas and H. Sivas. It was carved onto an unapproachable section of the volcanic rock mass. It has a single chamber, and barrel-vault with two low benches carved into the bedrock on the lateral walls. Its architectural features and rock masonry reflect typical Phrygian characteristics. |
