It lies on the eastern skirts of a hill extending to the north of the Van-Çatak motorway in the Agaclik Village of the Çatak District, 54 km to the south of Van. Traces of a somewhat large civil settlement is observed on the skirts. The plan of the fortification walls is uncertain as they have been heavily destroyed. However, the hilltop settlement is well preserved compared to the settlement on the skirts. The inner and outer surfaces were built using large blocks and the space between them were filled with small stones. The present structure consists of two buildings of 5.4x4.5 m and 5.2x4.5 m, and an open courtyard of 15.4x11.6 m with an access from the south. The most significant settlement in the region was Kamir-Blur. The structures are well-planned. They also contain querns and large stone mortars. Some probably with two-stories, all are typically single-storied, flat-roofed houses which are not so high except the Agaclikevi. The only material used is stone compacted with mud.
