It lies on the southern skirts of a natural hill on the eastern bank of the Tunca River, approximately 2 m south of the Yolüstü Village. It was discovered by B. Erdoğu in 1995 during a survey conducted in the Province of Edirne. A majority of the sherds collected from the surface are from the Classical Period, Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age.
