It was inscribed onto a rock next to the Yazilitas Village in the Pasinler District of Erzurum. Belonging to the Menua Period, it reads; "Haldi, with his weapon, went on a campaign against the powerful land of Diauehi and defeated it. Haldi is powerful, The weapon of Haldi is powerful. By the power of Haldi, Menua, son of Ishpuini went on a campaign, Haldi went ahead of him. Menua says: I defeated the land of Diauehi. I defeated the royal city of Shashilu in battle. I razed the land, (I demolished) the fortresses. I continued on to the land of Shasheti and the city of Zua... the city of Utuha. Menua says: Utupurshini, the king of the land of Diauehi entered my presence, he embraced my feet, he prostated himself. I extended mercy to him. I allowed him to on (the condition of the payment of) tribute. He paid gold and silver. He paid tribute. He set free (?) the prisoners who were returned to him. Menua says: ... I captured two kings from there, of the land of the tribe of Baltulhi and of the land of the city of Haldiriulhi. I took the fortified fortresses which are peculiar to that land. Menua says: If anyone destroys this inscription, if anyone commits a crime (against it), if anyone encourages someone else to do so, if anyone changes it to say "I did it", then may God haldi, Teisheba, Shivini and (all) the gods remove him from before the sun." The scripture is scripted upon the southern side of the rock cut as a rectangular blind window 3 m above the ground [Topaloğlu et al. 2011:1]
