It is known that a votive stel with figure relief and inscription was brought to the Istanbul Archaeological Museums from the Vezirhan Gülümbe Gardens. By form, the top of the stele was rounded, it has a thin and long rectangular shape. It was dated to the 6th century BC. There is a palmetto crowned goddess, with birds on her shoulders at the top, lions on both sides, a man and a woman sitting at the table in the center, servants and a hunting scene in relief below. The stele is 155 cm high inscribed in Phrygian and Greek at the bottom. |
