It is situated approximately 1 km southwest of the Taskesen Village, 8 km from the Aydintepe District of Bayburt. It has an altitude of 1670 m, lying to the immediate northwest of the Taskesen Höyük. The distance between the Taskesen Höyük and the settlement is only 500 m, but they are divided by a village road. Traces of illicit diggings are observed on the mound. Ceramic finds dating mainly to the EBA and Iron Age were found. |
