It is located in Tavabasi Mevki on the southeast of the city center of Tlos in Fethiye District of Mugla Province. It has a quite large entrance with a width of 19 m. There are two cisterns belonging to Late Roman-Byzantine period located 10-12 m east of the large entrance of the cave. The cave entrance becomes narrow and after about 22 m from the main entrance, the first large gallery can be reached through a very narrow passage with a width of 1.5 m. The second passage is narrower and therefore it is hard to pass. This passage leads to the second large gallery. After climbing up through the third passage, a small room is reached and then the cave ends. Potsherds belonging to Late Neolithic / Chalcolithic and Byzantine period were found [Korkut 2013:196].
