Location: It is located on the Subatan Plateau; in a series of plateau's to the north of the Odemis District.
Structural Properties and formation : It is an active sinkhole where the creek in the valley sinks into. It consists of about 10 descents. In some of these descents; which require use of ladder or rope techniques; the falls formed by the sinking water make it difficult to descend or ascend. Although it is likely that it is combined with the Ayvacik Sinkhole on the other face of the mountain to southward; no such a connection was found so far.
Research History: It was explored by BUMAK in 1981 and mapped to the BCRA 2b standards
