Structural Properties and formation : The geological unit forming the cave is the Upper Cretaceous limestone. It looks like a narrow tunnel enlarged due to the solution of a somewhat big fault in the entrance. The branches were formed in the faults opening to the main branch. The water inflowing to the cave; which is an active sinkhole; formed steps conforming with the faults. At the bottom of the cave; there is a lake; which gathers the water inflowing into the cave during the rainy season.
Research History: It was explored and mapped by MTA in 1992.
Findings: Cave scorpions were found during the survey.
